Vindhyashram Adhyatmik Sangh is a sacred space where people from all walks of life can pursue spiritual growth and contribute to the wellbeing of society.

Foundation

Our origins

The Sangh grew from a shared aspiration to create a lasting centre for spiritual learning and practice. Guided by Nepali Baba, devotees came together to build a community that honours ancient knowledge while responding to the needs of contemporary life.

Located in Satungal, Kathmandu, the ashram welcomes seekers, families, students and visitors. Its activities encourage inner discipline, mutual respect and the understanding that spiritual life finds its fullest expression in service.

Purpose

Our objectives

Vindhyashram works to preserve and share Vedic philosophy, meditation, yoga and Nepal’s spiritual heritage. The Sangh also seeks to create practical institutions—education, food service, care and healing—that bring dignity and support to the wider community.

Our mission is to nurture self-awareness, compassionate action and harmony. We provide a place where people can learn, worship, reflect and serve together, without barriers of social or economic background.

Our vision

We envision Vindhyashram as a living centre of wisdom and service: a spiritual hospital, Vedic university, Anna Kshetra, Goshala, senior citizens home, Gurukul, and meditation and yoga centre working together for generations to come.
